The team from FoyerLive worked with Nike over a number of years to deliver innovative digital solutions for event activation, pop-up stores and permanent physical installations. The common thread through all implementations was a desire to empower the customer with product information and access to purchase regardless of whether the product was available in their current location.

Most recently using FoyerLive Digital Shopping Assistant in store customers were able to browse from Nike’s full range, dive into product details and customer reviews with or without a retail associate.

Results

Implementation within multi-brand retailers lead to major uplifts in sales cementing category leader status.

Associates actively used the Digital Shopping Assistant’s endless aisle capabilities to demonstrate the technology inside products, the alternative color ways available and assist customers to purchase out of stock items for home delivery with every sale attributed to their store targets.

The overhead of rolling out pop up stores was dramatically reduced as they were able to use the same solution on large format touch screens and iPads within only a few minutes of set up. Stores with our solutions installed saw an uplift in same store product sales after installation.
